Hi friends! With us being back in business, I am looking to add 3 studio mates to my studio in south Everett, near Mariner High and the fire dept training center. We would have a shared Google calendar. I share my lighting and furniture props, and you can bring your own as well. Watch my cheesy video (the last post before this) and if you are seriously interested, we can do a tour.
Below is studio mate info as well as daily rental info:
Studio mate options (equal access, no strict limit on use):
- $350 a month and YOU clean after each session and bring your own cleaning supplies.
- $375 a month and YOU clean after each session, but I provide the cleaning supplies.
- $400 a month and I clean and provide the supplies.
This is updated to reflect the updated need for immediately and carefully cleaning and sanitizing due to Covid19.

10 hours a month, every month:
- $225 or $245 if you choose to not do your own cleaning and sanitizing.

Hourly/Daily:
Weekdays-
- $45/hr, 2 hour min
- $195 for the entire day *6 hours or more

Weekends-
- $55/hr, 3 hour min
- $230 for the entire day *6 hours or more

We had a long-term studio mate move on, so there's room for just the right person! Are you looking for a great studio, to call home and have access to great light (natural and studio), beautiful furniture options for sessions? Easy to get to and has a full kitchen, storage, two separate shooting spaces, and 1.5 bathrooms!
$350 a month for being a studio mate with lots of access and a shared calendar.

If you only need part-time or daily rentals, inquire about those options, too! 💚

Happy New Year! I hope it is off to a great start... Studio SKA has one more opening for a studio partner. This partnership is shared with myself (Sindea) and 2 other partners. We have equal and shared access, and coordinate via a shared online calendar. The studio has 2 great shooting spaces, and lots of great props, furniture, backgrounds, lighting...
