South Dakota sunsets and these two 😍

I had the absolute joy of capturing a close friend's wedding in South Dakota a few weeks ago.
I met Erin in college and we spent many meals in the caf (where Erin ate healthy and I ate Lucky Charms every meal🍀) building a friendship that has stood the test of time and distance.
Now we live 1,071 miles away from each other but I wouldn't have missed her wedding for the world.

Congrats, Erin + Lucas!

Keeneland is one of my absolute favorite spots for engagement sessions 😍

It's got it all.

Architecture.
Greenery.
Rolling hills.
Black fences.
Gorgeous sunsets.

If you're engaged and on the hunt for an engagement/wedding photographer, send me a message!

I have a couple dates left for 2026 and I'm booking for 2027 🎉

This has been my busiest wedding season ever.

Most weekends for the last two months have looked a lot like this:
-Early morning yard sales 🛒
-Farmers market with my crew 🥕
-Off to shoot a wedding 💍
*repeat*

And it's been the craziest, best time.

God has truly brought me the loveliest couples and it's been such an honor and joy for me to document their wedding days.

I'm excited to share more with you all! 🫶

POV: your newborn photographer is a baby whisperer 🤍

One of my favorite parts of newborn sessions is how much trust parents place in me during such a special and emotional stage of life. There's something so rewarding about being able to calm, soothe, and gently work with your baby while capturing memories you'll keep forever.

I know how overwhelming those first weeks can feel, so I always want my studio to feel peaceful, warm, and safe - like you can finally take a breath while I take care of the rest.

And honestly... getting tiny baby cuddles while doing what I love? Best job ever.
