I am relocating my studio and reducing some of the in-studio services I offer. I will start selling items that I no longer need on Monday October 28th.
There are a lot of drops, floors and props, plus photo frames, stools, a few printers, florals, and a lot of newborn items (wraps, bowls, rugs, p**f, etc) for newborn shoots. I also have rolls of seamless paper and a wall backdrop system. Not all things are just for photography; there is a futon, microwave, etc. I will clean out this week end and get everything ready by Monday.

With the change in the school calendar, I am offering a kids photography camp! First session is August 12-16, and second session is August 19-23. This is a camp that will help kids understand the basics of digital photography. I will cover a different “focus” (pun intended) each day from exposure, composition, shutter speed, ISO, aperture, etc. and will take the group to a location for hands on shooting. Each participant can expect a lot of one-on-one help in developing a better understanding of digital photography.

The camp will run Monday thru Friday, 9-2 and is for kids ages 11-14 (middle schoolers). Daily agenda is to cover a topic in the morning, have lunch, then go to a shooting location, returning each day for pick up at 2pm.

Space is limited to 12 per session and the cost is $200. I have a few extra cameras to use, however if you have a digital camera, please bring it with a charged battery, charger, SD Card, the manual and any added accessories (lenses, flashes, etc.). Point-and-shoot cameras to a DSLR are all fine, but film cameras & phone cameras are not part of the topics covered. I don't shoot real estate on a regular basis but a friend asked me to help out and I couldn't say "no". I was able to shoot some incredible properties and enjoyed being out at twilight, many times on the beach which is my favorite time of day.

I don't post much to FB, mostly because I'm a terrible social media person and I stay busy with other things. However, I know it's nice to see what I'm up to in and out of the studio. It's been a crazy busy spring and summer. I have been busy with sports teams, headshots, small events, senior sessions, maternity and newborns. A full range of what I love to do!!

This past week I was lucky enough to work with a perfect little newborn. The days of COVID made me realize that wearing a mask is probably a good idea when I'm with a newborn. You never know what you may be carrying around. I keep my studio ultra clean and sanitized, so you can feel confident bringing your new babies in for their first shoot.

I've recently returned from Imaging USA, a photography convention, with some amazing new ideas.

For my Mom's to be..I picked up some new wraps and stuffers for pictures of those sweet newborns

For anyone needing a headshot...I've taken extended courses to improve lighting, posing, expression etc. You won't find a better place for a headshot in town.

For my seniors....I gained all sorts of tips to make your shoot special and unique.

For my sports leagues...I can't begin to tell you all the great things that came my way. Improved processes, posing, etc

And mostly for my Tweens....Well this is the most exciting part. I'm launching a new segment intended for kids ages 9-12. This experiential photo session is as unique as a tween.

I look forward to working with all of you in the upcoming year. Last year was a blast and I met so many great families, babies, athletes and more.

Offered in the Christmas minis are three Christmas/Holiday Scenes plus plain white with various props. That’s 4 set ups!! Session fee is $75 and includes your favorite 3 images. Additional images are available for $25 each.
