Elizabeth & RJ have known each other since 2nd grade, always friends through school & college but life always had them going in different directions. Until a few years ago when RJ swiped up on Lizzieā€™s instagram story about her favorite band and one conversation turned into many catching up and falling in love. šŸ˜

They invited their favorite people to Inns of Aurora for the weekend to enjoy one of their favorite weekend getaways, the Finger Lakes, to celebrate their wedding day!! From the moment we walked into the schoolhouse yesterday, you could feel the love surrounding them. Everything was calm and just felt right. Itā€™s wedding days like this where we know many of the guests where Iā€™m reminded of just how special wedding days are, Iā€™ve known Lizzie & RJ as individuals for most of my life but getting to see them join together as husband & wife was so special!!

Kelsey & Jared šŸ¤

From meeting near their hometowns in Rochester, to building a life together in Boston, to weekends spent traveling for Jaredā€™s lacrosse games and trying new dinner spotsā€¦ their life together is full of adventure and so much joy.

One of the first things I noticed when we met this week, Jared is so steady, kind, and completely adoring of Kelsey. And Kelsey is always smiling, always laughing when sheā€™s near him. Itā€™s the kind of love that just feels easy to be around.

Weā€™ll be celebrating with all their favorite people at The Lake House on Canandaigua this September, and if their day feels anything like themā€¦ itā€™s going to be full of energy, laughter, and a dance floor thatā€™s going all night long!

When youā€™re planning your wedding, there are so many options, it can start to feel like every decision matters equally. But it gets a whole lot easier when you choose a few things that really matter to you and let those lead the way.

At the end of the day, the best decisions are the ones that feel like youā€¦ and the ones that leave space for you to actually have FUN.

Finding your person, the one who makes you laugh and somehow feels like home at the same timeā€¦ thatā€™s everything šŸ«¶

From my very first call with Maggie months ago, you could feel her joy and kindness through the phone. Meeting her in person this week only confirmed it. And then seeing her with Zachā€¦ it just made sense. The kind of love thatā€™s easy, steady, and full of laughter.

We wandered through the Boston Seaport and Boston Common, getting to know each other, talking through wedding plans, and bonding over how much we all love being home with our favorite people.

We are already counting down to their November wedding at Hotel Syracuse, itā€™s going to be such a good one šŸ¤

Dominque & Shawn got married at a church in downtown Scranton which was the perfect opportunity to have a trolley be the transportation from church back to the Radisson for their wedding reception. We made a pit stop at University of Scranton for portraits & a pregame cocktail hour for the wedding party!

For weddings that take place at a church, having a timeline created by professionals is a must. Thereā€™s so many moving elements and moving people that add to the time, itā€™s key to keeping everything simple for you on your wedding day to have someone else be in charge of making it all happen!

Cue the tears, swipe to see the video with Allyā€™s grandmaā€™s seeing her as a bride for the first time šŸ„¹šŸ¤­ The absolute sweetest moment and one I know Ally will hold onto forever. This is a perfect example as why photography, content video & video are all so important and beautiful. The photos freeze the moment but the video lets you hear the voices, the gasps, see the finger pointing as Grandma tells you not to cry. As you are thinking about your wedding day, think about what you want to have after the day. How you want to be able to remember it. Choosing a photographer that you love their work is something that changes the trajectory of your family heirlooms, when you choose us as your wedding photographer, you are saying yes to a photographer who cares about you having these moments captured in an authentic & tangible way. šŸ¤

The moment when you walk into YOUR wedding celebration, all eyes on you & your HUSBAND!! Your dress perfectly spins as you dance the best night of your life away with all your favorite people surrounding you!! It never fails to catch my breath at least once every wedding as we witness moments that remind us how once in a lifetime your day is, months and months of planning to throw a celebration for your love story with so many special people to you!
