Well, 2020 was a challenging year to open a photography studio, but I am blessed and thankful for the wonderful women I had the opportunity to work with. Do you journal? I started journaling about 9 years ago. It helps me keep track of moments, good and challenging, feelings, changes in my body, changes in my mindset, emotions, and growth. I don’t journal every day, but it is a practice that I enjoy. It’s become an essential part of my self care 💕
