🚨 IF YOU WOULDN’T SHOPLIFT FROM A STORE, PLEASE STOP STEALING FROM YOUR PHOTOGRAPHER. 🚨

Because it really is no different.

When you screenshot an image from an online gallery instead of purchasing it, you are taking something someone created—something that has value—without paying for it.

Our gallery images are watermarked and clearly state that screen capturing the images is prohibited.

And PLEASE don’t take it a step further by screenshotting an image and then running it through AI or watermark-removal software.

At that point, you aren’t accidentally saving a photo. You are deliberately removing the protection from an image you know you did not purchase.

We work incredibly hard to photograph horse shows, and purchasing the images you love is what makes it possible for professional photographers to continue showing up.

If we discover that an image has been screenshotted without purchasing, an invoice will be issued for the image along with an additional unauthorized-use/copyright fee.

If you want to save an image—purchase it. Then it’s yours to enjoy. 📸

Life has been looking a little different around here lately. 🤍

Our sweet girl, Kora Violet, decided to make her entrance in a hurry, and in the process completely turned our world upside down—in the very best way.

She is the piece of our family I didn't even realize was missing. It's hard to put into words just how much joy this tiny little girl has brought into our lives. Our perfect rainbow baby. 🌈

I'm doing my best to slow down, soak in these newborn days, and enjoy every snuggle while I can. Thank you to every single client who has been so patient and understanding during this season as I balance a new baby with keeping my business running. It truly means more than you know. ❤️

With that in mind, I wanted to share what the rest of 2026 looks like!

📍 Texas Horse & Rider Portrait Sessions
I have a very limited number of portrait sessions available for the remainder of the year. If you've been thinking about booking a session, now is the time to reach out before my calendar fills up.

📍 Pennsylvania National Horse Show
In October, I'll be returning to the Pennsylvania National Horse Show for our Portraits for Charity event, and I can't wait!

📍 Portrait Sessions Along My Route
On my drive back to Texas, I'll be making several stops and opening a handful of Horse & Rider Portrait sessions along the way. I'll be sharing my travel route soon, so keep an eye out if you're somewhere between Pennsylvania and Texas!

📍 Black Background Portrait Pop-Ups
I'll also be offering Black Background Portrait Pop-Ups at a select few UDJClub shows this Fall and Winter.

I can't believe my first niece is headed to her senior prom tomorrow. We managed to fit in a few senior portraits yesterday evening in her Prom Dress.

I was a junior in high school when she was born, and it feels like just yesterday I was picking her up from daycare after getting out of school. I remember playing the "Stay awake" game in the car after picking her up from daycare because she would always try to fall asleep in my truck...I guess it is safe to say some things never change because to this day she still falls asleep in my car when I take her places.

I can't believe how fast time flies, but I am so proud of the young lady she has become.

I am officially 37 weeks pregnant with Baby K 💕 — due May 4th!

Just a quick update on what the next few months will look like over here…

As many of you know, I’m mostly a one-woman show. Day-to-day operations fall on me, but I do have a few amazing part-time team members who help keep things running behind the scenes getting horse show photos edited and processed.

I’ll be taking most of May off to welcome Baby K (assuming she doesn’t decide to make an early appearance… I have a feeling she might, but Austin is convinced she’ll stay put 😂).

For the remainder of 2026, my team of photographers across the U.S. will be covering all UDJC shows, so everything there will continue as usual.

Portrait sessions will also be back this fall! We typically take June and July off from outdoor sessions because… Texas heat 🥵

That said—
I am currently booking Horse & Rider outdoor portrait sessions for the rest of 2026, and fall is filling up fast.
✨ October is already fully booked
✨ Limited openings remain in August, September, and November

I’ll be available for sessions across Texas (Houston, Dallas, San Antonio), plus a very limited number of openings in Florida while I’m there for shows (Tampa & TerraNova Shows)
