So the other day someone stole my baby. The camera I started my photography business with. I swear it broke my heart because at the time I had saved every penny I had to buy that camera and accessories despite the opinions of everyone who thought I would fail. I was told that I wouldn't be successful in photography. They said you must be crazy "Do you really think Somebody going to actually pay you to take their picture when everyone in world has a camera phone these days?" That only made me want it harder. I purchased my equipment and begin saying yes every time someone asked me to babysit just so I could photograph their children and have proof of my skills lol. Within two weeks I was receiving phone calls requesting my services. GOD is good cause what you NOT gone do is tell me what im NOT capable of. Nonetheless, that cherished piece of equipment to me was stolen with all the memories I had left on it. Pictures of my children LEADING THE MARCH as it concluded from St. Jude to the Capitol. Pictures of them LEADING the March across the Edmund Pettus Bridge. Pictures of my uncle's funeral. Pictures of my beautiful cousin and her business that she is starting helping get youth off the streets. But you live and you learned and by now I have learned that GOD doesn't take from me what hes not going to replace.
