We started Westin’s senior session with a couple family photos before focusing on him, and I had such a great time getting to know more about his plans for the future! From hearing about his goals to celebrating his new cross-country PR, it was so fun capturing this exciting season of life for him.

The future is looking bright, Westin! I can’t wait to see where life takes you!

I know it's late but I know she can't wait!

Two teenagers once dreamed of the life they could build together… and now they’re living that dream, one day at a time.

Two beautiful kiddos later, even bigger dreams ahead, and a WEDDING on the way! 💍 I was not there when their store started but watching it unfold just over a year ago and seeing how far they’ve come in just that time is such a beautiful reminder that sometimes the dreams we have when we’re young become the most beautiful parts of our lives.

I can’t wait to capture the next chapter of their love story!

You know what I love about being a photographer?

The texts I get at the most random times from clients telling me they need me for a session. 🥹
And I don’t mean a couple of days after they find out they’re expecting a baby or got engaged. I mean being one of the first people they tell — and sometimes even the very first.

Yesterday I found out a couple is expecting their first baby and today an engagement ❤️

There’s something so incredibly special about being trusted with those moments. When you’re so excited about a new chapter in your life that you immediately think, “I need to tell my photographer,” I don’t take that lightly.

If I’m your photographer and you’re that excited to tell me, then I’m just as honored to get that text — no matter what time of day or night it is.

Being invited into these big, beautiful moments in your lives is one of my favorite parts of what I do. And I’ll never stop being grateful that you trust me with them.

Owning a small business is tough enough and what happened to her today was absolutely insane. Glad to see so many businesses supporting her. Anyone who can stop by Kackleberry Farms tomorrow please do. Also support Kackleberry Farms this Fall as they’re being very generous and deserve the support too!

Kackleberry Farms has teamed up with Fat Stax for a pop up event tomorrow!

Tomorrow from 4pm - 8pm Fat Stax will be cooking with the Kackleberry crew at the farm and 100% of the proceeds will go back to Fat Stax! Hopefully the community will show up and sell them out. There is no charge to get into the farm tomorrow, just purchase your food!

As for the future of Fat Stax, that is still to be determined. As of now they have had many offers from community members to help them establish a new location or a food truck.

After the devastating news today the community showed up big. So many people and businesses stopped by to offer cooler space, food trucks and to just lend a hand to help remove all the items from the food truck.

Today Fat Stax was told they needed to vacate the building tommorow. They originally was going to serve food today until the landlord cut the power to the building. If anyone knows of a good spot they can move to comment below!

I couldn't help but do a volleyball studio session for my girl ❤️🏐
She may be one of my most difficult clients at time 🤣, but she absolutely NAILED this session! I'm pretty sure being her mom makes me a little biased, but just look at her! 😍

The weather finally cooperated for this lovely couple’s engagement session! And of course, we couldn’t leave out their pup, Maverick, who clearly decided he was born for the camera.
These two were a perfect way to start my day, and I cannot wait to capture their wedding day next year!
