💛 NEWBORN MODEL CALL — ATHENS & SURROUNDING AREAS 💛

I’m looking for a sweet newborn baby girl for an in-home session on September 15th!

The session will feature this adorable cream-and-yellow setup with simple, wrapped studio poses. I’ll bring my traveling newborn studio directly to your home, allowing you to enjoy the experience without traveling with your new baby.

✨ Baby’s ideal age on the session date is between 2 and 16 days old.

Please keep in mind that this is a model call. A contract and model release will be required. The finished photographs will be used by Bloom & Nest Photography for advertising, social media, my website, and portfolio. I will also record behind-the-scenes videos while setting up and photographing the session for promotional content. Applicants must be comfortable with their baby appearing in both the photographs and video content.

The family must live in Athens or one of the surrounding areas and be available on September 15th.

Choosing the right person to photograph your newest little love is such an important decision! Here are four things to consider:

1. Safety & Training
Your baby’s safety should always come first. Choose someone who understands safe newborn posing, proper handling, and how to recognize your baby’s cues.

2. Experience
Newborn sessions require patience and flexibility. Look for a photographer who is experienced with soothing, wrapping, posing, and working at your baby’s pace.

3.Photography Style
Every photographer has a different editing and posing style. Take time to look through their newborn galleries and make sure their work matches the look and feeling you want for your photos. Some photographers do both lifestyle and studio/posed newborn sessions, so you can always message and ask!

3. Comfort & Communication
You should feel comfortable asking questions and sharing your preferences or concerns. Your photographer should clearly explain what to expect and create a calm, welcoming environment for your family.

Newborn photos are more than beautiful pictures, they capture a season that passes by so quickly. Choose someone who will handle your little one with patience, care, and love. 🤍

It’s the little details in your gallery you will come back to when they are 3,6, and 9 months old (honestly for the rest of your life)! You will wonder where time went and how they grew so fast! Their little features change so much in such a short amount of time!
