Time for a change. The last few years have been pretty tough. My son Mason passing, covid, riots, the list goes on and on. Somewhere in between all this mess we call life I lost myself. Ive been eating my feelings, drinking more than I should and not exercising. The disconnect from brain to my body reflects my weight. As of this morning I am the heaviest I've ever been. 262 pounds. No more excuses. Today I get my life back on track. 195 is the weight I will get down to and fighting in the octagon is my goal. Its ok to restart. Here we go.
