Today, we had a site walkthrough of a facility here in Modesto.

When companies reach out, we love to schedule a site walkthrough prior to our shoot date to ensure we don’t miss anything. We discuss details of the shoot to ensure we don’t miss anything.

Photography and brand messaging is important and we want to ensure we capture all details prior to us arriving with the gear. This also gives us an opportunity to review and plan our gear requirements for each location.

Super grateful for being able to support businesses and organizations with images and video.

She had maybe four minutes in front of the camera — the reality of corporate headshot day.

While we have the option for giving employees 10-15 minutes each, sometimes their schedule doesn't allow for that. We arrive onsite, schedules are tight, and everyone gets a brief slot between meetings. No time to warm up; no time to overthink. It’s not the minutes that matter but the read: sensing when someone relaxes, knowing what to say to get there fast, turning a pose into presence. Within a couple frames her shoulders dropped, jaw softened — the shot that lands on LinkedIn, email signatures, leadership pages.
