No trending audio just North America’s only truly aquatic songbird: the American Dipper.

These little birds walk underwater from time to time to hunt for food. Here in Montana they stay year round in the cold streams and rivers to do it. Kinda makes the migratory birds seen soft.

MacGillivray’s Warbler

Finally got one of these sulky warblers on my life list this spring and on a recent hiking trip made it a photo lifer. Until I got into birding this was a warbler I never knew existed, so its always cool to discover new birds!
