Throwback to a Star Wars Shoot I did with my sister and her best friend! Yes, they made these costumes themselves and painted their bodies till 4am for this shoot 😂 Also they’re badass parents and so peep the little Jedi padawans at the end 🥺😍😉

Jesse and I had the honor of photographing, participating and observing a local vigil last week for the victims in Georgia. It was so emotional and palpable being there with other humans standing together in love and respect. I found myself just listening, watching and crying rather than taking photos. But here just some of the moments from the time we spent there.

Isn’t life an adventure? 💥 If someone would’ve told me I’d be doing professional photography 10 years ago, I wouldn’t believe it. I wasn’t even into photography when my best friend gave me a small point and shoot camera to entertain myself while I sat on the sidelines with a torn ACL injury. It’s nice to know that reality can be far greater than your wildest dreams.

I had so much fun photographing all the Kerr girls senior photos over the past few years. I had the honor capturing the very last senior session in the family while in Florida last week! 🥰 Charis is kinda a natural 😉 (also boo Instagram for cropping photos weird!) 🥲

Happy Wednesday! In case you’re having a rough day, just remember: Michael Jordan was cut from the high school basketball team and it took Thomas Edison over 1,000 attempts to finally arrive at the invention of the light bulb. SURELY then, we can handle a regular Wednesday! Using only emojis, describe how your day is going.
Oh yeah, and look at this sexy couple! It was our first time meeting but I’m pretty sure we’ll be going to a festival together next month lol

What’s the one treat that never fails to get you excited, no matter what? Some scream for ice cream, but personally I scream loudest for BROWNIES. Scarlett definitely was bribed with ice cream and girl, she earned it!!!! (Scroll the end for ultimate happiness)
When I need to bribe myself through a tough project or long days, I always find an extra boost of energy when I know there’s a brownie fudge sundae on the other side! You’re turn!

INTERNATIONAL WOMEN’S DAY? I got you.
If you know, you know. If you don’t, let me introduce you to my very own personal badass girl squad aka my mom and sisters ;) These women are all bosses, accomplished business owners and strong as hell. Like literally strong, like my mom can do pull ups, push ups, and is an avid surfer y’all. Lol And all three of my sisters are fitness extraordinaries including two famous Ninja Warriors and a successful fitness health and fitness coach. My mom encouraged my sisters and I to run multiple businesses growing up. As kids we had a homemade bread company, miniature clay figurine company, a cleaning business, and as a teenager I started teaching violin and dance as my main job. They are 100 percent a huge part of who I am and strive to be today. Who are you celebrating today?
