Update/reminder.
To maintain a healthy business/personal life balance, the following policies are in place...
This is to ensure my time is dialed in to the areas that mean the most, my family.
Though I LOVE my business, it is important to remember that when I make a photo session plan, I am setting time aside to ensure quality ex*****on for your session.
So when cancellations happen (they do, and it is usually normal/ok), know that I have probably spent at least two hours of prep time, and depending on the session, maybe some funds for resources that I cannot get back.
On another note, pre-payment doesn't mean I'm keeping your funds no matter what. It ensures and incentivizes the flow of my business! If you must cancel even after pre-payment, the time retainer will be held, and refunds/readjustments will flow according to our signed contract. ✨

I also have payment plans that can be completed before the expected image delivery date. ✨
