I have finally completed the renovation of my condo in Laguna Beach (608 San Nicholas Ct.)  after 2 1/2 months  and I am ready to rent my beautiful condo!!!  I put a lot of love into this and had some amazing contractors do incredible work remodeling from top to bottom.

Landscape photographs can move us, show us the majesty of nature, surprise us with the unexpected, and fill us with a sense of awe and wonder.

Powerful landscape photographs are a combination of technical skills and creative vision. In this class we will explore four powerful techniques that are essential in creating expressive landscape photographs. We will look at the role these techniques play in the field and in the post processing. We will also consider ways in which you can unleash your creativity and take your photography to the next level.

The love of nature was burned into my soul at an early age. I grew up in a family that loved camping and exploring the wild outdoors. As a Boy Scout my passion for wilderness increased and as a Scout leader I shared that passion with other young boys in the High Sierra.

It’s only natural that I would take up landscape photography. It is a logical extension that combines my love of nature with a keen desire to share it with others. Not only do I consider it an honor when someone chooses to make one of my photographs a part of their lives, but I feel compelled to share what I have learned and continue to learn as I continue on this amazing journey. With both a creative spirit and a strong technical background I feel I am uniquely positioned to help people with both of these to disparate aspects of photography in the digital age.

My accomplishments so far include several awards, over7 years of leading workshops, publications in The Saturday Evening Post and others, lectures and judging for the Orange County Fair and various camera clubs.
