Winston and Augie showed up in their finest tuxedos to watch their hoomans get married this past Saturday at the University of Notre Dame.

They are happy to report that the day was perfect! Great weather, good sniffs and plenty of delicious treats (and some for the hoomans as well). 😉

I am here for the giggle vibes! 🙂

Olivia and Brendan brought the smiles for their gorgeous wedding day on Notre Dame’s beautiful campus.

There was no matter of cold (and snow for that matter) that could keep these two from beaming from ear to ear.

I even caught myself several times during the day just smiling as big as I could because their affection for one another was contagious.

When 2026 hits differently…

We are starting off a new wedding year with the Sheehan clan and couldn’t be more excited to share their story!

This year we are prioritizing storytelling and the movement of the day. More artful images that truly show how the day unfolds.

If you know me, you know I LIVE for veil photos! The longer the veil, the closer to God. 😉

Some of my favorite photos incorporate the veil in some way. Sometimes it was for a big, dramatic swoop, others were during quiet moments between the couple, some were during bridal portraits, and one in particular happened when a flower girl decided to use the veil as a hiding place. 😍

So I decided to show off my TOP 20 veil moments of my career. Honestly there are so many more but instagram only lets me do 20, lol!

Top 3 things to consider when hiring a wedding photographer 📷

1. Do you ❤️ the photos?
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, you need to LOVE the photos you’re seeing NOW instead of hoping they’ll get better in the future. Do you love their editing style? Their lighting choices? Overall quality? Did you look through a full wedding day gallery (not just an IG post) and feel comfortable that this photographer will be able to capture what you need.

2. Does the cost fall within a comfortable price range for you? 💰
You should never overspend on your wedding but you should also know that you’ll need to be okay with a range of costs vs a strict budget. Can you swing up slightly to get your dream photographer? Can they provide you everything you want and need within that range? Engagement session, rehearsal coverage, travel, etc… Whatever items are must-haves for you, is the price reasonable for you to have it all?

3. Lastly, it’s all about the vibes! 😎
Do you want to hang out with this person for 12 hours? Are you comfortable around them? Do you share the same vision on what those most important moments are for you? You don’t need to be best friends but you need to feel comfortable around them so you can lose yourself in the moments of your day.
