One of my favorite things to take pictures of over the last several years is theatrical productions. Minot has fantastic talent and I've made so many friends and had so many opportunities thanks to the theatre community.

One of my children is now in her second show thanks to catching the theatre bug after joining me during dress rehearsals over the years. I couldn't be more proud.

It was also fun wondering what my youngest would think seeing her former music teacher in this show!

Jarrett, I'm obsessed with your car! Thanks for letting us get 80's nostalgic with your conclusion to our 2026 senior season. See you next year everyone. This year's senior season was reinvigorating to me, thanks to everyone who was a part of it!

Happy accidents can be pretty fun. We were originally going to do John's downtown pics in the sun, but due to a scheduling conflict we did them at night. Not gonna lie, I'm loving that night look. Thanks to John for putting up with a slightly nippy night to capture his athletic pics as well!

It was fun to see how much Freyja came alive on this second shoot, on a different day, in her element. She's most at home running lights or sound but she was equally comfortable on stage and back stage.

The Wizard of Oz is playing at Minot High on Friday, October 31 and Saturday, November 1 at 7:30 pm both days. Check it out and see all of Freyja and the rest of the MHS Playmakers cast and crew's hard work!

I love me some magical fall leaves photos! I also love that they're hanging on much later this year. Here's hoping for an actually nice Halloween for Trick or Treating!

Freyja, you were a pleasure to work with and I can't wait to share your theatre photos, we took them in a separate session (last night!). They're not quite ready yet, but I'm already really happy with the unedited photos. Thanks for your flexibility in doing photos on two separate days!

I haven't known this senior since he was born, but pretty darn close. It's been fun seeing him grow into the impressive young man that he is today. Thanks for taking me along for the ride with your senior session Jason. I loved every location that you picked. You killed it, like being in front of the camera is the most natural thing ever!

I had a few late season trips and it's been a very busy fall at MSU so I'm getting into senior season a little later than usual. But boy are we back! Dani did so well that I went overboard with how many pics I gave the family (more than any senior photoshoot ever, I had to work hard to keep this just a small preview and not just load it up with all of my favorites. Luckily you can see different pics on my Instagram).

I loved all of your ideas Dani and I love working with this family, Dani is the third sibling that I've had the pleasure of working with.

Congratulations to all of the seniors who graduated today. It's been fun creating memories taking your senior pictures again this year, but it's time to announce my own graduation.

Next year's Class of 2026 will be the last full season for me as I'll be retiring from taking senior pictures after that. It's been a fun journey and even then it won't be fully over as I'll still take senior pictures for family, friends, and former clients. Thank you all for all of the memories and I'm looking forward to taking a few more.

I finished Aurora's studio senior pictures just in time for the snow to fall and time to settle down for a long winter's. I'm only going to be taking on sporadic projects until spring. Thanks everyone for a fantastic summer and fall senior season I'm really happy with what we were all able to do.

So many great dogs have hopped into this year's senior photos. Aden brought along the iconic Scooby! Not shying away from other icons, Aden also wanted to recreated the iconic Joker stairs scene as part of his senior pictures. Great job Aden. Have a great senior year!
