A tough-love Tuesday was necessary.

If you thought some stranger telling me I needed to edit my body in my images was harsh, YOU telling YOU that you need edits is also fcking harsh.

Be healthy.
Take care of your body.
And also - TAKE CARE OF YOUR MIND.

Stop bullying yourself. We don’t get milestones back. We don’t get another newborn session with that baby or another 2 year sesh with our littles. Don’t look at those images or end a session wishing you looked different. Be grateful you made those babies and you have a body to combine carrying you.

Look I the mirror and be nice.
