On a lovely November afternoon, I was traveling with a wedding party in a limo from a small southern town back to the Twin Cities. The driver stopped, they dashed into the field. The sun was low in the sky, the grain was golden, and it was completely gorgeous. Naturally, I began shooting and thought to myself, “I love this work, I get paid to photographing groomsmen taking a wiz. I consider myself

a contemporary wedding photographer. I mix the traditional, yet not too traditional group shots with a lavish amount of spontaneous candid images. It’s the quirky, candid stuff I adore~
Smoking brides, groomsmen swaggering, bridesmaids drinking Jagermeister straight from the bottle. I am fortunate to have work that I feel
passionate about. I am grateful to my wedding clients for putting their trust in me and allowing me the privilege of being a part their intimate event. I am a lucky, lucky redhead for hire.
