Sitting in the rocking chair with my little baby sleeping on my chest "nap trapped" and thinking to myself... why am I not posting more of my sessions to IG?? I haven't shared hardly any work since before I was pregnant. So many cozy, silly, special moments have been captured and are hovering on my phone waiting to be shared. Transitioning from maternity leave to partly back to work as a stay at home mom, I'm learning a lot. A LOT. Time is moving by so quickly... too quickly.. my baby is already growing up before my eyes. I scroll back to the day she was born and work my way through my camera roll to the days we are in now and it looks like 2 different babies.. which makes me even more thrilled at what I get to do - documenting seasons of change, growth, discovery.. but even if you do book a session with me, I urge you to document your life on your phone, digital cameras, etc. and then go and print your photos. Put them in frames around your house, slap them on the fridge, scrapbook them.. having those memories all around you is so special.

Izzy is such a little chunkster now, she's learning to roll to her side, is starting to giggle, loves to kick and play, made friends with some of her toys "Mr cloud & Mr sloth" (idk why they are all misters, but they are 😂), and is so smiley and happy. I feel so lucky to be her mama. Anyhoo, here are some recent favorites of mine - a session I photographed for one of my childhood friends 💛 I'd be so honored to connect with more of you this Summer for photos 📷✨
