What began as an 11-acre property has grown into a 21-acre landscape shaped almost entirely by the Kellys’ own hands. Rather than following a formal garden plan, they let nature guide the design, planting thousands of trees, colorful flower gardens, vegetable beds, winding pathways, and peaceful outdoor spaces that blend seamlessly into the surrounding landscape.
One of the property’s standout features is a custom greenhouse from BC Greenhouses and a handcrafted sauna from Almost Heaven Saunas, creating a retreat that’s both beautiful and deeply personal.
This thoughtfully designed garden was recently featured in Midwest Design and showcases how patience, passion, and years of hands-on work can transform a landscape into something truly extraordinary.
