The LLS Man & Woman of the Year competition takes place each spring in communities across the U.S. For 10 weeks, candidates and their teams raise funds for blood cancer research and patient aid, while competing for the title of Man or Woman of the Year. They do this in honor two local cancer survivors, the Boy & Girl of the Year. Meet Jack and Cecilia, our 2021 Boy & Girl of the Year, survivors of Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL).

We are delighted and honored that "Hugo" has been selected to screen in this year's Minneapolis-St. Paul International Film Festival, now in its 40th year. Over the last year, our dearly departed good dude has traveled around the world, yet there's nothing quite like participating in a hometown fest such as this one.

Two years ago today we plowed our way through a massive blizzard to attend the world premiere of our short documentary “Grandpa Ben” at the Minneapolis St. Paul International Film Festival. And we didn’t even slip around or crash once along the way! Major success all around.

It's always immensely satisfying running film for a full house. Last night we screened “Mother” (2009), as part of Beyond Boundaries, a mini retrospective of the critically acclaimed B**g Joon Ho, the Oscar-nominated writer/director of “Parasite”, one of the very best films of 2019.
