I am so grateful for another year of life. This has been a very transformative year and I am so excited to see what the Lord has in store for this year. Spending a weekend with my girlfriends in the city is one of my favorite things ever :)

We were celebrating a birthday and headed to Millennium Park.

Once we got to the park, was barely even drizzling - literally in a matter of seconds, every tourist and Chicago native made a mad dash for the Bean to take shelter under its huge curved structure.

Everyone… except these two. :)

Dayle & Carter came to Chicago to visit their newlywed friends, traveling from Canada for a beautiful day in the city :)

While the rest of us huddled together during this quick summer rain storm, Dayle and Carter stayed in the rain, soaking up the moment—literally.

I felt so lucky; I got to capture this short but sweet moment shared as everyone under the bean watched them. Forever burned into the CD burner of my mind (and, ya know, my camera roll). :).

Some moments in love stories are most genuine when they’re captured and happen in real time. Unposed, unplanned and often the surprise may take your breath away. Cherish every day, go on the trip, love the people in your life fully, don’t be afraid to get wet, make the most of every moment and of course - dance in the rain. ☔️💕🌆

Happy Birthday to the best roadtripping buddy, late night French fry eating, mannequin stripping, night owl phone call taking, same taste in music loving partner in crime. You have one of the most beautiful souls on the earth :) I thank the Lord for your true friendship, selfless heart, and for the many years we have been able to spend together. Having you in my life is a remarkable gift 🤍 I’m praying this year will be so special, one of deeper growth, full of adventures, and gut busting laughter. There are few people that come along in your life that can know you intimately through so many highs and lows. Thank you for being my friend and for all of your prayers. One of my gorgeous Senior girls graduating in 2024! Angelina is clearly beautiful inside and out :) I loved shooting her Senior Portraits this fall and connecting with her and her mom! She is an incredible student and Varsity Softball player 🥎 It was a BLAST to be able to venture through sandy beaches, orange soaked trees, and the sun shinning brightly!

Angelina, you have such a bright future and I’m so excited to see you grow and flourish during this sweet season of life. :)

I love being able to document this special season for Seniors when they are becoming adults with all the exciting adventures ahead, built on top of a great foundation from their fondest childhood memories. It’s this incredibly transformative season in your life where we can go on an incredible adventure and capture the best of who you are :)

I hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving with friends and family! I am so happy to announce that the BRIDGE GALA 2023 photos are ready!!!!!

I just wanted to first start off by saying how grateful I am to have been able to photograph the Gala this year and watch so many people making such a difference for the Kingdom of God. ALL of the Bridge builders are making a difference and it was a blessing to be able to see those rewarded this year and learn about the communities you are blessing. It was such a special experience for me being able to document the event through photography. Thank you so much for this opportunity. It meant so much to me.
