This beautiful extended family session at Estate Les Chenes | Louisiana Wedding Venue was what dreams are made of

My aunt and uncle had all of their family together this week so a family session was obviously a must 🫡

I have been photographing this family for year and it’s such a sweet full circle moment to photograph them again with all the new additions 😍 I love getting to watch families grow!

This little sweetie is turning one next week 🤍 She’s such a sweetheart.
We planned her session not knowing what the weather was going to do. If you live in north Louisiana, then you know what I mean. This week has been raining every single day with next week looking the exact same. 🫠 Friday morning the forecast showed sunny at 6. So I decided to start the session at 6. By 3:30 the forecast said raining from 6 on. NOOOO. She we scrambled. We moved the session time up and made it work. Will you believe that it NEVER. RAINED. Seriously??? Thanks weather, thanks.

Today was our last day in Colorado and I knew if I wanted to run while I was here today was my last chance. So we made it happen 🏃🏻‍♀️🏔️ Hands down, this was the most beautiful run I have ever done

We explored The Royal Gorge, Manitou Springs, Manitou Cliff Dwellings, Garden of the Gods, Ute Valley Park, Pike’s Peak, and Cheyenne Mountain Zoo. We’ve had the best time. Today we are just having a chill day while David is in meetings for work (the real reason we are actually here). After all the go, go, go I’m enjoying just doing a little bit of nothing today 😆
