I am humbled by the beauty and awe of birth every time I sit down and put together a post. I am overtaken that this is the work I get to do. These moments I get to capture are life and love in its most raw and true form.

I had the honor of being the Hall's doula and capturing their birth story along the way. These images are a little window into the playful and deep love this family has for one another.

Evidence Based Birth is such an amazing resource for pregnant mama's! As an organization I refer to them constantly. I had the honor of attending their first EBB Conference last year and I cannot say enough about their heart for sharing Evidenced based birth practices, supporting ALL birthing people, and promoting inclusivity and birth justice.

Right now, they are doing so much to keep people up to date on the current Evidence around Covid-19 in regards to pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. They are providing a free birth class on You Tube, they have a sample consent form for refusal to separate birthing parents and infants, relaxation sessions, and more.

If you are pregnant looking for any support or have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out! I am providing virtual doula support as well as in person birth support where it is possible. If you are in need of support and are financially unable to pay for services, please still reach out.

As we have been journeying through the past few weeks as life has rapidly changed for all of us my mind and heart has been overwhelmed thinking about birthing mamas in this season. In efforts to do what I can to support mamas in this season I have decided to begin offering virtual doula services. I will be offering all the verbal, informational, and emotional support through a virtual platform at a greatly reduced rate from my in person doula services. I hope I can help women navigate the birth world in a season of so many unknowns and provide the support needed to still have a birth that is empowered, safe, and full of joy.

I am also still attending births in person at hospitals that allow a doula support person and at home and birth center births.
