I’ve really been thinking lately how social media can be so beautiful but so ugly at the same time. I love being able to see stunning photos, videos, and inspiration. I have met incredible people through socials. At the same time I hate that it’s taken being in the present moment away. I miss the days of simplicity and truly appreciating the little things in life. I encourage you to go for a walk, read a book, take the trip, have the conversation and stash your phone away. If that seems too difficult then start by not posting in real time. I promise it will be worth it! 🤍
