Politics can feel intimidating sometimes, especially if you care deeply but aren’t exactly sure where you fit in.

That’s why we’re hosting a Milwaukee Community Engagement Night tomorrow (5/19) at .mke from 6-8 pm (& again on Tuesday, 6/2 from 6-8 pm).

Come meet good people, ask questions, learn more about Fran’s campaign, and explore ways to get involved that actually feel realistic for you. Whether that’s helping at events, community outreach, fundraising, or simply showing up and connecting with others about Fran.

No experience needed. No pressure. Just community.

Bring friends, coworkers, neighbors and partners. There’s space for everyone in this movement. 🙏🏻

Wisconsin, this is not a moment for our working class people but truly a movement. ❤️🥹👏

If you don’t know I highly recommend you find out. Working alongside her, the campaign team and Hong Volunteers over the last couple of months has been incredible. She is the type of leader we NEED in Wisconsin and one we deserve too. 🥹❤️🙏🏻

The majority of people in political power are disconnected from the working class and won’t stick up to - or even address the corruption in our systems but we don’t have to accept that anymore!

On August 11th, Wisconsin is voting for our democratic candidate for governor (this is called the “primary election”). We do not have to accept the way we have been treated. WE CAN VOTE FOR BETTER. We can vote for leaders who SHOW UP and that means WE have to show up too. And that has to start NOW.

Learn about the gubernatorial candidates (people running for WI Gov) and ASK THEM QUESTIONS. Don’t be shy. We deserve leaders who aren’t afraid to get their hands dirty AND talk to us about real life sh*t and how we can make Wisconsin better together.
