Film Friends! I love meeting new ones, and today I met two. John Clark and Afrim Zenuni from the Chicago area were in today to test some older film stock for a future short film being shot by Afrim. Our ARRI 535B was dusted off and coaxed to pull some film through it. They even shot anamorphic since the camera is 4-perf anyhow, why not!? Looking forward to hearing how the footage turns out, and to work with these two again sometime.

Being visited by old friends is good. Being visited by old friends and playing with all of NAC's lenses all day is GREAT! Thanks to my old pals DJ Kast and John Di Salvo for making the drive from the Green Bay area to check out most of NAC's optical wares.
Always happy to demo the equipment goodies, for those interested in expanding their creative palette.
