Local friends will be driving much-needed resources to the people of Gary, IN this week.
If you can, drop off non-perishable (non-expired, not open) food donations to the cafe between 8am-12pm tomorrow (8/25).

ALL are welcome to join us for our Neighborhood Community Outreach Event this Saturday, Aug. 8th from 11am - 2pm. Aside from the FUN and FREE FOOD, there will be representatives from diverse community, health, and financial organizations sharing information to empower us. Also, we will offer FREE HAIR CUTS, a chance to win a grocery gift card, or bicycle, and Horseback Riding for all. It will be a blessed day! Please share.

Paid youth initiative coming soon! ✨

Can Collectors $17 - 1 hour for 2 days per week. We will be walking through local communities picking up aluminum cans, with Adult supervision.

Care package support $15 - 2 hours per month. We will be assembling hygiene & lunch bags once per month for underserved families and individuals experiencing homelessness. A movie night will be included.

Can Crush Crew/Tabs for hope $20 - 1 hour per week. We will be crushing our collected cans with provided wall mounted can crushers and by foot (comfortable shoes required). We will also be supporting Ronald McDonald’s House Charity by removing all can tabs.

We will be hosting a Zoom meeting this Friday at 6pm with additional information and answering any questions about our program. If you are interested, please comment “ZOOM”.

Our hearts are full. There are so many awesome parents interested in having their child(ren) be apart of Carters Can Collect mission. We currently have a $600 monthly budget so spots are limited but we are accepting monetary donations to help support more children be apart of this amazing community impact. Via PayPal
