Hello followers!
I am posting to clean up my page a little bit and to answer some questions.
As a nursing student, mother of two, and wife, my agenda is marked to the brim. Unfortunately, my passion for photography and my passion for nursing have crossed, leaving me no choice but to put the brakes on booking clients. It stings, however this page will stay up so that as I find time to incorporate photography back into my life, I can share my art freely. Thanks for all the support over the past few years!

I am a horrible sibling.
I took my sister's prom pictures THREE months ago and just now got them back to her.
I know. It's terrible.
Then I go and meet my best friend's baby today and post a sneak only hours later?
Sorry, Ash. I'll make it up to you, I promise!
To be honest though, I have been really off my game lately.
No motivation.
I've been busy remodeling my house, getting things in order, etc.
because my family and I are moving to PORTLAND, OR!
This may have been the very last shoot for me as a Floridian.

Anyway.

Being able to witness the birth of this beautiful baby was absolutely breathtaking.
When I say this momma knew what she was doing, I mean she KNEW what she was doing.
I don't think I even saw a real tear roll down her face during her NATURAL delivery.
It was like magic.
She made it look so easy.
But I know from experience, that childbirth is never painless.
She just had an incredible way of channeling her emotion into something that meant the world to her, even though it was probably one of the hardest things she's ever done.
It was truly a pleasure and I appreciate so much, being able to be present for this personal and private moment in their lives.
Birth photography is truly where my heart lies
