Most photos fail quietly.
Not because you did anything wrong.
They just miss the part that mattered to you.

This challenge isnโ€™t about taking more photos.
Itโ€™s about slowing down enough to notice the small moments you already live inside every day.

Five minutes.
One prompt.
Nothing to set up.

If youโ€™re the kind of person who wants photos that feel like your dog, not just what they look like, youโ€™ll fit right in.

DM me CHALLENGE, and Iโ€™ll send you the invite.

Most people donโ€™t miss the big moments with their dog.
They miss the ordinary ones โ€” because theyโ€™re everywhere.

The quiet routines.
The way your dog settles in without thinking.
The small, familiar behaviors you assume will always be there.

This challenge isnโ€™t about learning photography.
Itโ€™s about paying attention โ€” just enough โ€” to hold onto what already matters.

If youโ€™ve ever looked back at an old photo and felt surprised by how much it meant,
this will make sense to you.

Iโ€™m opening up the Joyful Dog Challenge again.
Three days. One simple prompt each day.
No pressure. No perfection.

Just a reason to notice your dog the way you already love them.

If you want in, send me CHALLENGE and Iโ€™ll reply with the link.

Hannah Mudge has been the Feed Ingredient Purchasing Manager at Mountaire Farms for four years. She keeps feed mills running and suppliers connected.

She loves agriculture because every day brings new challenges and new reasons to be proud. Her job is more than numbers and orders. It's about clear communication and follow through. If she doesn't have an answer, she finds one.

Right now, Hannah is earning her master's degree in agriculture while working full-time and raising her family. She completed her CPP certification and was named to the IPPF 30 under 30 for 2026. Each step pushed her to grow.

Balancing career, school, and motherhood hasn't been easy. There were days when it felt like there weren't enough hours, but pushing through taught her discipline and resilience.

Hannah doesn't just manage feed ingredient purchasing at Mountaire Farms. She keeps the whole operation moving. Four years in, she makes sure feed mills stay supplied and communication stays clear. When suppliers need answers, she delivers. When problems come up, she solves them. That's what reliablity looks like in action.

Balancing career growth, education, and motherhood taught her what real discipline looks like. There were days when it felt impossible, but she kept moving forward.

Hannah's approach is simple: work hard, care deeply, and show up for people. That's the kind of leader agriculture needs.

Angelica Hansen works in supply chain management. But if you ask her what she really does, she'll tell you she helps people succeed.

She spends her days solving problems with her team. Finding better ways to move things around the world. Building partnerships that actually work.

A few years back, everything got messy(um, yeah, some things still are ๐Ÿ˜ฏ ). Supply chains broke down. Regulations kept changing. Delays piled up.
Angie didn't have all the answers. Nobody did.

But she stayed calm. She kept her team informed. She trusted them to figure it out together.

That's when she learned what leadership really looks like. It's not about being the smartest person in the room. It's about showing up, staying clear, and helping your people move forward.

These days, Angie thinks a lot about what she wants to be remembered for. Not just smooth operations or good numbers.

She wants to build something bigger. A way of working that puts people first. The kind of leadership that makes others want to lead the same way.
Because the best results don't come from one person doing everything right.
They come from teams who trust each other enough to figure things out together.

Kim Lewis doesn't do surface-level banking. She goes deep.

For 35 years at Fulton Bank, Kim has built something most people talk about but few deliver: real relationships that create real impact.

As SVP Business Banking Executive for DelMarVa, Kim works with:

๐Ÿก First-time home buyers taking that exciting step

๐Ÿ’ผ Entrepreneurs opening their first checking account

๐Ÿ“ˆ Business owners looking for the capital they need to grow

Kim cares about learning their story. She doesn't rush. She listens first. She asks about their goals, what keeps them up at night, and what their version of success looks like. Then she creates solutions that fit.

Kim believes that when small businesses succeed, entire communities get stronger. Her job is to be a trusted advisor who helps clients save time, save money, and build confidence in their financial future.

After three decades, she's still driven by the same thing: seeing businesses grow, helping people feel secure about what's next, and making a lasting difference through every partnership.

Kim's vision: Help others unlock their potential. One conversation at a time.

The kind of banking relationship that matters.
