Had the BEST time with these three ladies during their BFF session the other day! 🇺🇸❤️

We went full Americana with an American flag, old-school Coke bottles, cowboy boots, and alllll the red, white & blue vibes. The sunset absolutely showed off for us too, even though the valley stole some of our light toward the end😂

Their friendship and personalities made this session so much fun to capture, and I’m already obsessed with how these turned out😍

Last night’s session was one for the books! 🤍

I had SO much fun with this beautiful couple out at Clay’s parents’ farm, and my my, what a freaking gorgeous location!! 😍

Clay and Emma Moeller both told me they felt a little uncomfortable in front of the camera at first, but you would NEVER know it looking at these photos! By the end, they were laughing, having fun, and absolutely killing it🥹👏🏼

Thank you guys so much for trusting me to capture this season of your lives. I seriously cannot wait to capture your wedding in April!!🫶🏼

Tonight I realized just how far I’ve come, not only with my photography business, but with myself. 🤍

During an engagement session tonight, I had a vision for which of my client’s outfits would look best at each location, so I asked her to change before we started. They were so sweet and had no issues with it at all. Such a small thing, but it made me realize the old me would have NEVER asked. I would’ve been too worried about inconveniencing someone or ruffling feathers, even if I knew it would make the photos better.

But tonight, I trusted myself. I trusted my eye, my ideas, and my experience.

This business has given me so much more than the opportunity to meet amazing people and provide for my family. It’s taught me confidence, how to speak up, and most importantly, how to trust myself and my creativity.

I’m not that nervous girl anymore, and realizing that tonight felt pretty dang good🤍
