A little note from me as we head into busy season. 🤍
I am so incredibly blessed with the best clients! So many of you have trusted me with your families year after year. You support my business, recommend me to your friends, share my work, come back for every season and make me feel so loved.
Because of that, I’m constantly wanting to return that love. I want to cut a deal. I want to give you every image even when a mini session includes a certain number. I want to discount something because you’re my friend, my family or someone who has supported me for years. And the best part is-I don’t think any of you expect that from me.
But I’ve realized that constantly giving “just a little more” adds up to a whole lot more behind the scenes. More editing, more hours at my computer and more time away from the people I’m working so hard for in the first place.
I really want to be intentional about this season of life. When my fam is home, I want to be able to fully show up as a wife and mom. I don’t want every evening during busy season to be spent behind my computer trying to catch up because I stretched myself too thin.
So this season, I’m going to work really hard at sticking to the packages, pricing, image counts and policies I’ve put in place. Not because I appreciate anyone any less-actually, it’s quite the opposite. I want to continue loving this job, serving my clients well and still have something left to give my family at the end of the day.
Carlie Paige Photography has been blessed beyond anything I could have imagined. I will never stop being grateful for every person who chooses me to capture their life.
I’m just learning that sometimes protecting the things you love means creating a few boundaries around them 🤍
