Studio space has 12' tall ceiling, Rental fees start at $50 p/h with 1/2 and day rates available. There is CT ST sales tax on all rates and fees. Studio location: 4 minutes off I-95, and 9 minutes off the Merritt Parkway, from Rt. 8 it's 15 min. and it's 30 seconds from car to studio. The Milford Train Station is 6 min. away; Long Island Sound is 5 min. away; you can be in downtown New Haven in 1

2 min. and shopping at the CT Post Mall in 4 min. Amenities: gas heat in the winter and great central AC in the summer; a make-up area, waiting area with flat-panel TV and WIFI access. Our sound-system will take your smart phone to play your favorite music or we can get your preferred internet music broadcast in the studio. Unique Factor: props and outfits! We have a wide variety of both! From 4 steel loops 8' to 4' wide that hang from the ceiling. For faster load-in & out, there is a garage door. Your creativity is the only limiting factor in Studio 95 Photographix. For your model clients we have outfits from ball-gowns to grunge, shoes from size 6 to 9, hats and jewelry. Best of All: this is not a pretentious location. Out attitude is to help you get the very best possible photos or training while renting at Studio 95 Photographix. Gregory has 25+ years of photographic knowledge and when asked, is willing to share his knowledge. He has gone from using cameras that took 4"x5" sheet film to being an Adobe Photoshop CS5 beta-tester. Whether you are a rookie with a camera question or an experienced pro with a mental-block, it's always reassuring to have someone in another room you can call on for help. Gregory's favorite motto, "there are no problems, only solutions!".

Studio Lighting Package:
From my second studio no longer in use:
- Ceiling-mounted rail system – 4 rails: 2 rails 15’6” long that are mounted to rafters or support beams – 2 moving rails 13’2” long that are mounted to the ceiling rails, the moving rails have 4 rail sliders for lights. Connect to pantographs for infinite lighting set-ups.
- 4 pantographs – 13” closed – 76” open
- 4 Photogenic PowerLight 1250DR with flash tubes, model lamps, reflectors and power cord
Photogenic are popular lights that have speed rings for switching between soft boxes, strip lights, snoots, etc. The Photogenic 1250DR has a remote feature to change power settings.

Photographer & model friends: Need to brush-up on copyright laws? CTPPA is hosting attorney Alan Harrison, Milford, CT, for an 8pm Zoom meeting. Alan specializes in copyright laws, so you have an opportunity to get specific answers to your question.
There is a $25 for non-CTPPA members, register at ctppa.com - if you don't use Zoom, allow for 3 minutes set-up time before the meeting.

We have cats. We have a small Xmas tree. Tinkerbell has knocked off 1/2 of the baubles. Tree is now lopsided. She is VERY happy.
