If you’ve been to the Cissna Park Dairy Queen, you know just how special this family is and what a staple their business has been to our community. They’ve been a part of so many of our memories - from my husband and I’s first date in high school to our weekly, evening ice cream dates with our girls.

We’ve loved supporting this local business and getting to know so many of the employees over the years. While we’re sad to say goodbye to a place that has been part of our community, we’re happy for the Verkler family as they begin their next chapter, and we’re excited to welcome The Thomas Grill & Creamery to town as a new local staple🍦

Hi, I’m Amanda! Your Illinois (and beyond) wedding and portrait photographer. I’m also a wife, mama to two girls, and follower of Jesus. I’m so glad you’re here!

Over the past two years, I have been blessed to capture so many of your stories. While I focus on weddings and senior portraits, I love capturing families, newborns, branding, and milestone sessions as well. I’ve always loved to create, and this industry has allowed me to do just that all while serving others. I’ve spent the past two years praying over this business and my clients, and by the goodness of God, it’s grown more than I could’ve imagined! I opened my own photography studio, captured many beautiful weddings, and been a part of countless family, senior and milestone sessions. Thank you to all that have trusted me and allowed me into these special moments of life!

Mady | 2027 Cissna Park Senior

Just like that, my 2027 senior sessions have officially begun, and Mady kicked off the summer. I couldn’t have asked for a better senior to start the season because, just look at her! She is absolutely stunning inside and out, and I’m so excited to document such a special season of her life and capture her entire senior year.

✨My remaining summer session dates are limited, although I still have a few left if you're wanting to snag a spot, and I'm currently booking for senior fall sessions. Send me a message to reserve your date. I can’t wait to work with you!
