Earlier this year we worked with the Dawn Treader Christian School in Paterson, NJ to tell the story of Laverne and Jessie Davis - a mother and daughter who both work at the school. Jessie grew up in Paterson, attended Dawn Treader as a student and returned to teach. That full-circle element, along with how the school has supported so many kids with education and care made this a compelling story to tell.
Our goal on every project is to make it painless for the people involved and move quickly once we start. We filmed everything in a single low-key day, then focused on clean, thoughtful editing to turn it around fast. Within a few weeks they had a polished feature video plus several ready-to-share short clips.

As this video reaches new audiences and highlights the impact Dawn Treader has had on students and families, it can open doors to the support and connections that allow schools like this continue to serve and thrive.

Our crew spent a day shooting content in our Blank Space studio to highlight its versatility. It also served as an great test for our RED V-RAPTOR xe.

We created this space with creators in mind—its purpose is to provide photographers, videographers, and other creators in Bergen County with an accessible, professional place to work.

The space is fully customizable—adjust lighting, layout, and setup to suit your needs for photography, video production, interviews, product shoots, or creative projects.

Behind-the-scenes magic from our latest ‘This is’ episode! We finally unleashed our new RED Raptor XE and it’s impressive.

Then there’s Tony: 80+ years as a master shoe cobbler, pouring his soul into every stitch and hammer swing. His tools are like our cameras. They’re trusted extensions of skill, patience, and pure passion. Watching him transform worn leather into living art felt like looking in a mirror: two crafts, generations apart, but the same fire to create something extraordinary from the everyday.

Across New York, New Jersey, and the country, volunteer departments are facing the same tough reality: fewer new members stepping up while emergency calls continue to rise. But this department is determined to change that—they’re actively recruiting to keep their community safe and strong.

We worked closely with them to capture the real heart of their team: the everyday people who rush toward danger to help neighbors, giving their time, energy, and courage on every call. Through our footage, interviews, and editing, we helped tell their story and learn why they do what they do—the sacrifices they make and the deep rewards they receive: unbreakable bonds with station brothers and sisters, life-changing skills, confidence that carries into every part of life, and the profound sense of purpose that comes from making a real difference when it matters most.

Our goal was simple: bring their passion and commitment to life on screen so more people feel inspired to join the fight. We’re honored to play a small part in helping them reach their mission of growing the team and keeping responses ready for whatever comes next.
