She had volunteered to be a model for me way back when I was still fresh in the photography game and now to have been fortunate to photograph her growing family.

FALL MINI SESSIONS!!

I'm taking bookings for Fall minis! I will be doing Fall minis a little different this year! I am planning several different great locations with multiple specific time slots available for that day. If none of the days I have planned work for you at all, please contact me and we can work out details from there. I don't want anyone to miss it!

August. Already.
This year needs to slow. My baby just turned 4! My oldest baby will turn 10 in March. I still have to do their 4 and 9 year pics. Go photographer mom Ha!

Have an upcoming session? Here's a tip:

No matching. It's a thing of the past. Having everyone wearing the same shirt and same color pants dulls your portraits and you all blend together. WE as photographers want you to stand out!! COORDINATE. I can't say enough how great you look when you coordinate your family going off from basic primary colors (i.e. navy blue, maroon, mustard yellow, then adding little pops of color like purple or teal.)

Add layers. Oh man, the depth that layers can add to your images is AMAZING! If you're wearing a sundress, add a sweet looking belt and a pendant necklace. Can't forget that favorite pair of jeans that goes with everything!

Happy Wednesday!

It's almost August! I can't believe how summer has just been skating right on by! I need two more months of this gorgeous weather and THEN we can slip gently into Fall.

On that note, SENIORS!!! There is still a TON of time left to schedule a Rockstar session with me! Want Fall? Let's get it scheduled! Just $75 to hold your date/spot and Senior sessions are just $120 until July 31st...wait...did I say July 31st? No no...AUGUST 15th!! I will be extending that special out for an additional 2 weeks! (**all prints, digital files, etc are sold separately.)

There will be another special come September for fall sessions, so if that's what you're looking at, stay tuned in to my page and website for updates on upcoming and current specials.
