Realtor Friends:
I am listing my house & I need a Realtor and an updated CMA, if anyone is interested.

The buyer defaulted 3 days before the closing last season and I’ve stayed off the market since - I needed an emotional break. We were through inspections, commitment, appraisal and CO! This was also the 2nd buyer to default. Needless to say… it was a challenging experience. Anyway - it was a while ago… so I’m looking for an accurate current range.
