And let’s talk about convenience! We have a large parking lot with free on-site parking, making arrival easy for photographers and their clients. No searching for street parking, no carrying gear long distances, and no asking families to pay for parking.

Guests can arrive and relax in our warm, welcoming waiting room, complete with a restroom conveniently located right off the lobby. Our building may have been built in 1877, but it offers the modern amenities you need—including a heated, climate-controlled space that keeps everyone comfortable during those chilly holiday sessions!

We also offer a dog and cat-friendly studio space, because we know pets are family too! 🐾🎄

And when you book at Second & Main Studios, you can promote your sessions with confidence. Our holiday sets are real—not AI-generated concepts or mood boards. What you see is what you and your clients can actually photograph. This holiday studio brings a whimsical Christmas village to life, centered around a one-of-a-kind, custom-built white gingerbread house that creates a magical backdrop you won’t find anywhere else. Every detail was designed to feel playful, festive, and completely immersive—from the oversized gingerbread-inspired walls and cascading evergreen garland to the glowing twinkle lights, red velvet bows, custom pillows, peppermint details, and charming rattan bench. The space is filled with custom-built props and handcrafted touches, including whimsical oversized gingerbread houses, snowy white trees, and playful Christmas village details that make every corner feel like part of a holiday storybook.

The studio also features a beautifully styled fireplace and mantle scene with a custom gingerbread house, oversized present, vintage Letters to Santa mailbox, handcrafted trees, Santa’s sleigh, and an abundance of festive details. With so many unique elements throughout the space, photographers can create an entire gallery with multiple looks and angles without ever leaving the studio.

This setup would also be absolutely perfect for one-on-one Santa sessions, giving children an interactive, magical environment to explore with Santa rather than simply sitting in front of a traditional backdrop.
