Every now and then, I find myself scrolling back through the galleries Iโve delivered, and it reminds me just how much can happen in a year.
A year ago, I took the biggest leap Iโve ever taken and went full-time with Ashton Wilson Photography. It was exciting, terrifying, and one of the best decisions Iโve ever made.
Since then, Iโve spent countless hours learning, practicing, investing back into my business, and upgrading my gear because I truly believe my clients deserve the very best I can give them.
Looking through these photos, I can see growth. Not perfectionโjust progress. If Iโm being honest, most days my imposter syndrome creeps in and I question myself, but seeing the memories Iโve had the privilege of capturing reminds me just how far Iโve come. And for that, Iโm incredibly grateful.
Iโve also noticed many new faces + followers here lately, so if youโre new, welcome. ๐ค Whether youโve booked a session, shared my work, recommended me to someone, or simply followed along, thank you. Your support has allowed me to chase a dream Iโve had for so long, and thatโs something Iโll never take for granted.
Every wedding, senior, family, newborn, maternity session, mini session, and milestone Iโve had the privilege of documenting has helped me growโnot just as a photographer, but as a person.
