The sweetest little family, the happiest golden retriever, and a whole lot of love. 🤎

These are the moments I love capturing most. The little smiles, the way parents look at each other, the tiny details you never want to forget.

Fall evenings were made for memories like these. 🍂

A little spooky. A little smoky. And for a really good cause. 🎃🧙‍♀️💨

These Halloween sessions were SO much fun to create, but the best part? 100% of the proceeds are heading directly to our friends at Meriden Animal Control Saving Paws Saving Paws 🐾

Give me witches, dramatic smoke, kids who absolutely understand the assignment, AND a chance to help animals who need it? I’m in. Every single time. 🖤

A huge thank you to every family who came out, embraced the chaos, and helped us turn some Halloween magic into something that matters.

And can we please discuss the commitment to character happening here?! 😂🎃 I literally have THE best clients

Happy Monday! If you have worked with me recently I’d be so appreciative if you could take a second to leave a review on my page. It’s often the first place people look when deciding whether to book ✨📸

Also let me introduce you all to my new co-editor. This is Gusteau and he’s a former research beagle now getting to know what life is like beyond the lab.

He is 8 months old and enthusiastic about learning all things photography despite only
recently learning what grass feels like, what toys are for and that human hands can be kind ones 🐶❤️

🎄 TREE FARM MINIS 🎄

Holiday photos are one of those things I truly believe should be accessible to as many families as possible.

Tree Farm Minis are intentionally my most budget-friendly holiday option. And while the cost of running these sessions has gone up over the years, from renting space at the farm to insurance and all of the behind-the-scenes expenses that come with running a photography business, I’ve made the choice not to pass every bit of that increase along to my clients.

Could I charge $200+ for these sessions? Probably.

But at the heart of this little business is still the same belief I started with: professional photos can be for everyone. 🤎

So I try to meet my families somewhere in the middle. I cover the increasing costs of doing business while keeping one holiday option at a price that feels a little more doable during an already expensive time of year.

Because beautiful family photos shouldn’t feel like a luxury reserved for a few. They’re your babies growing up. Your family as it looks right now. The Christmas cards, the framed photos, and someday, the pictures you’ll look back on and wonder how they were ever that little. 🥹

And that’s worth making room for.
