Now is the time to double check you have all your session orders! I will no longer be keeping sessions backed up.
If you are wanting to have an order loaded, just send me a message with the date and session details. I will send an invoice for $20 per order. Once the invoice is paid, I will load them and you will have 24 hours to download. Please note the invoice will be due in 24 hours. I will be offering this until June 20th, 2022.

Our homeschool journey has been so rewarding and such a positive experience. Unfortunately, the demands of homeschooling interfere with me running a photography business. As a family, we’ve made the decision to focus on what we agree is best for our son, Owen. That means Novel Etchings Photography is closing its doors for the foreseeable future.

Of course I announce this with a heavy heart, though I’m able to balance that feeling with how grateful I am for all of the support I have received throughout the years. If you have a scheduled appointment or an unused gift certificate, those will be honored. Should my decision to close change, you all will be the first to know.

SPECIAL UPDATE

Looking back on the last couple of years, I’m so grateful that I was able to figure out ways to keep my photography business open for my customers. Though, COVID continues to present challenges, specifically related to my son’s schooling. My family has decided to choose the homeschool path to finish my son’s 4th grade year.

Between our days full of lessons and a jam-packed social activities calendar, I will have little time for photography.
Right now, I have a couple of appointments available. If you’re interested, now is the time to book. I will update my schedule in May when I have a better idea of our summer plan.

Mom wanted a beach session to celebrate her “Rae” of sunshine. One-year-old Raelynn was happiest snuggled in her mommy’s arms, and that tenderness is what a mom wants to remember, always.

Lennyn also celebrated a birthday, eating her cupcake with gusto!

Big brother, Grayson, and Lennyn posed for a few shots, showcasing the special bond between siblings. So cute!

I first met this family when Grayson was born. I look forward to seeing them through my lens again soon!

Corilynna is an absolute bundle of delight. This little girl is so loved!

Mom, Dad, and Big Brother all snuggled with the newest member of their family. Then, our newborn baby girl stole the show! I can’t find the words to articulate how ridiculously cute and dear she is.

Thanks to the family for making the trip. I’m honored to be a part of this day.
