Current Rules for Hobby flying directly from the FAA Website.

Having fun means flying safely! Hobby or recreational flying doesn't require FAA approval but you must follow safety guidelines. Any other use requires FAA authorization.

I would like to thank all of you who have liked this page. I do these video's purely for the love of Drone Aerial Photography and to be able to share them with you all brings me great joy. That is my pay for doing it, being able to share it all with you.
