Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What is the Cost? (All Sessions receive $10 off if permission is granted for me to use photos in my online portfolio)
A: Basic session: $50 which allows up to 5 people, one outfit, up to 2 hours of photography, editing of the photos, and a Print Released CD of all the photos
Extra people or pets are $5.00 a person/pet
Each Extra Hour: $10.00
Senior Portrait Session: $80. This includes 2 outfit changes (including any props you want to bring), up to 3 hours of photography, editing of portraits, and a Print Released CD (or thumb drive if you provide one) of all the photos.
Extra outfits are $10 an outfit.
Each Extra Hour: $10
Pet Session: This will depend on the pet, and the location of choice. Message me to discuss.
Newborn Photo Session in Hospital: $60. This includes as many poses as the baby and Mom are able to handle, editing, and a CD with Print Release.
Wedding Photo Session: Starting cost $300. Can be more depending on what you are requiring for photos, and if I am also doing candid shots before / after / and during reception.
Q: Do you accept Credit/Debit Cards or Checks?
A: No. I accept cash only.
Q: When is payment due?
A: Half is due at the time of your session. Remaining half when I had over your photos.
Q: What does a session entail?
A: I meet you, your family, and your family pets at an outdoor venue of your choice (I can recommend some places if you don't have any in mind).
If pets or children are involved I will take 15-20 minutes to interact with them and get them comfortable with me being around them.
If a Pet Only session, depending on the animal, I may be able to set up a mini studio in your home, so you don't have to take them out of your house (I.E. Snakes, small caged animals, birds, insects)
Hospital Photos of Newborns: I come to the Hospital one day during your stay, and do a session in your room on your hospital bed. If family photos are wanted, you will need two extra people there to help hold up a sheet to use as a background. The comfort of Mom and baby are taken in consideration, and time is not limited.
Once we get started, we will be taking photos for about an hour (maybe less/more depending on the circumstances). I will do some posing, but then we take a break and let you interact as a family where I will be snapping candid shots.
Q: Other then the actual photo taking, what is involved with the session?
A: Besides the photo session itself, it can take up to two weeks for me to edit the photos, once they are edited, I will contact you to let you know your CD with Print Release is ready and we can meet up to give you your CD.
Q: What comes on the CD?
A: All the base photos, Black and White versions of them, collages, and the Print Release that allows you to print your own copies anywhere you want.
Q: Will my photos be posted on your page?
A: Only with your permission.
Q: If permission is granted to use my photos on your Page, do you use all the photos?
A: No. I will chose a small variety of the session to show off different aspects of my work.
