Of course a glass of bubbly with your girls is a great way to kick off the celebration.

But here are a few alcohol-free ways to get in the right headspace for your wedding day, just in case :)

1. Get a morning yoga/meditation session in before the hair and makeup team arrive. This could be a great solo practice or more bridal party bonding!

2. Journaling personal reflections and hopes for your new marriage are a great idea too!

3 Prep a super chill or hyped up playlist to have playing in the background while everyone's getting ready. Whatever fits your vibe

This is, was, and always will be my favorite day.

Four years ago today we made a promise to go on this journey through life together. But our adventures began wayyyyy before that so I thought I'd share a few of my favorite memories.

I remember the feeling of freedom as I rode on the back of your motorcycle for the first time down to the Tiki Bar.

I remember you telling me you hated the country music they were playing and not a few months later you were sitting in the front rows of the Zac Brown Band concert....singing every single lyric

I remember zombie crawling our way through a 5k after nearly 30 hours of being awake because we just couldn't find a natural end to our conversation.

I don't remember a single thing you said to me when you proposed, but I remember the feeling when I finally realized what you were asking me

I remember the moment you said, let's start a business and all the things you have done to this day to help make that dream a reality.

I may not remember all the little things you do...but I remember the important ones.

If you're not already planning your entire wedding day around the time the sun goes down, you should be. Just look at that golden hour glow!!

But seriously, if you're able to coordinate your wedding day timeline around sunset, your wedding gallery will be NEXT LEVEL.

We know that sometimes isn't feasible with venue times and such. At the very least request that your couple's portrait session take place at sundown.

This is something we always try to accommodate when we're creating day of timelines for our couples.

Did you know that there is not a single rule that says you only get to wear your dress once before locking it away in your closet for all eternity.

Do yourself a favor and plan for a bridal session on a separate day apart from the wedding! This could be a day or two after your wedding or maybe even an anniversary session.
