Said yes to a Beetlejuice party and the room committed just as hard. Stripes on every surface, a séance-worthy florals arrangement with a skeleton hand reaching through black roses, and a skeleton guest who made himself way too comfortable on the couch.

The best part of shooting themed events is finding the details nobody tells you to look for, the fishnet legs draped over a chair, the exact shade of blue light hitting those feathers. That's the stuff that makes a party feel like it actually happened instead of just being decorated.

"photos I refuse to crop for instagram" 👀 the wide shots always hit different

Some moments just need the extra room to breathe. Sailboats, siblings on the beach, six little bridesmaids in the woods... crop that down to a square and you lose half the story.

This is why I shoot for the frame, not the feed.

Swapped toddlers and confetti for droppers and golden hour light this week.

Product photography isn't usually my lane, but the same rule still applies: real light, real hands, no staging tricks. Just clean shadows, texture, and a story you can actually feel.

Turns out "documentary style" works just as well for a skincare routine as it does for a birthday party. 📸

Not a trick question. Here's my real answer 👇

I make clients feel seen. I make the stressful parts of a big day disappear. I make the proposal, the hug by the tree, the quinces gown twirl... permanent. Photos you actually hang on the wall, not ones that live and die in a camera roll.

That's the job. Miami, let's make yours next.

BTS at Julia & Henry 🎬 Turns out capturing "the experience" means gimbals on steak salads, someone in a full shark costume, and Kevin nearly blinded by his own lighting setup 😂 This is what it actually takes to show you the pool tables, darts, arcade games, and new promos coming your way. Corporate photoshoots wish they had this much chaos.

Golden light, stained glass, and a lot of trust from a very small human. 📷

Charlotte's baptism was one of those shoots where the church did half the work for me, soft light pouring through the windows, warm tones bouncing off the altar, and a family that made every frame easy. I love finding the quiet in-between moments just as much as the posed ones (that one candid laugh between mom and her sister? unplanned and perfect).

This is why I shoot documentary-style. You can't fake moments like these.
