If you live in Miami, you know we’re officially in our daily afternoon rain era 🌧️

And if you have a session coming up, I know seeing rain in the forecast can feel a little stressful.

This shoot wasn’t supposed to happen in the rain. It just started pouring out of nowhere. We could have stopped or rescheduled, but we decided to go with it.

And I’m so glad we did.

It ended up being one of the sweetest pregnancy announcements I’ve photographed 🤍 The rain made everything feel a little more relaxed, spontaneous, and real.

So if it rains on your session day, don’t panic. Sometimes it just gives us something we never could have planned.
