I am now opening my own training center the Academy of Mixed Martial Arts in West Miami and I am competing this year in the NPC Southern States Bodybuilding Championship in the Masters over 40 bodybuilding division. I am so glad that I have had the life that I had "good and bad" or I would never have the health & physique that I have today. I absolutely love being a trainer and competitor, I decided to alternate all three of my sports to make sure I continue to be well rounded as I age. With the new found popularity of MMA that the UFC has brought to the for front of Martial Arts my business has really taken off, I have more clients now then ever and I can utilize all my special skills to incorporate my talents to their fullest ability for myself, my weight training clients and my MMA students as well.
