I only understood forgiveness because my mom was able to show me Love, Grace and forgiveness at the same time, we sometimes have to experience it first hand and that is why we must practice forgiving others.

There are moments where we put ourselves above others and some even go as far to think they are God! A verse that aways humbles me is Psalms 103: 14 For he knows we are but dust 15 and that our days are few and brief, like grass, like flowers, 16 blown by the wind and gone forever.. It reveals the truth: Just as a literal mirror shows you a smudge on your face, God’s moral law reveals the “stains” on your soul, showing exactly where you fall short of His perfect standard. As the Apostle Paul explained in the Bible, “through the law comes knowledge of sin”..

Heading home from Japan, so many lessons learned and new things to apply in my life, this trip challenged me in different ways and I was able to identify weak points in my mindset, these are the moments of breakthroughs I don’t just go on vacation my mind is always on the bigger picture how do I become the man God has called me to be. I’m so grateful that after 3years of no time off I was able to enjoy this with my wife and family. God is good!
