On July 30, 2019, I was hired to film and photograph the successful world record attempt by long-distance swimmer Pablo Fernandez to swim 100 km unassisted in the open ocean offshore the east coast of Florida. Here's a short clip of some of the highlights of the day. I created all content with the exception of the music, selected by Pablo. Equipment used included the Nikon D850 and Nauticam housing for underwater sequences, DJI Inspire 2 and x5s camera for aerials, and the iPhone 8+ and DJI Oslo Mobile for surface shots. This was a LOT OF WORK but different and fun, too. Huge thanks to everyone, especially to Gerry and the Jupiter Dive Center crew. Enjoy!
